Preparation time: 35 minutes (serves 2 to 4)

Ingredients:
200 g crushed digestive biscuits (or tea biscuits)
100 g melted butter
200 g cream cheese
100 ml whipping cream
3 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Strawberry or red fruit jam to taste
Fresh fruit and mint leaves (for garnish)

Method:
Mix the crushed biscuits with the melted butter until combined.
Press the mixture into the bottom of small dessert cups or jars.
Whip the cream cheese, cream, sugar, and vanilla until light and fluffy.
Spoon the cream mixture over the biscuit base.
Top with a layer of strawberry or berry jam.
Garnish with fresh fruit and mint leaves.

Tip:
Make ahead and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
Use heart-shaped moulds or decorate with chocolate shavings for an extra romantic touch.
