Preparation time: 25 minutes (serves 4)
Ingredients:
150 g Alteza breadcrumbs
100 g Selecta D&F pitted olives (finely chopped)
1 egg
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic (optional)
A pinch of paprika or pepper (optional)
Salt to taste
Method:
Preheat oven to 180 ºC.
In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, chopped olives, egg, and olive oil.
Add seasoning (garlic, paprika, salt) and mix until you have a workable dough.
Form small flat crackers using a spoon.
Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden and crispy.
Tip:
You can add grated cheese, herbs, or seeds to vary the flavour.
Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days — still delicious!
